Our Integrated Services: Expertise Across Three Specialized Units
Research Unit
We deliver rigorous technical studies and data-driven analyses on housing systems, urban planning, public spaces, and climate resilience/adaptation strategies. Our offerings include evidence-based policy development for housing, urban planning, and environmental frameworks, supported by scientific recommendations grounded in quantitative modeling, spatial analysis, and resilience metrics.
Co-Production Unit
We facilitate participatory urban upgrading in deprived contexts, including informal settlements, historic neighborhoods, and rural communities. Services encompass integrated interventions for housing rehabilitation, public space enhancement, and critical infrastructure such as informal markets, emphasizing community-led design, tenure security, and scalable implementation frameworks.
Awareness and Education Unit
We design and produce targeted educational and advocacy materials addressing adequate housing, climate change vulnerabilities, heritage preservation, and urban equity. Formats include multimedia campaigns, policy briefs, workshops, and digital toolkits, tailored to empower stakeholders from grassroots communities to policymakers.
